The KeyCommerce Enterprise Commerce Server (KCES) presents a low risk and cost path to companies desiring to deploy a state of the art sell-side eBusiness system. It provides the full development environment along with a B2B electronic commerce software system. The deployment system is rich with B2B features, including operations support, that minimize the amount of customization and enhancement needed.
The following list describes the key major feature sets of the KeyCommerce KCES suite of e-business solutions:

  • Order Management - From pre-entry to fulfillment including, creation, processing and management of requisitions and purchase orders, and providing consolidated order status information
  • Payment Management - Provide multiple payment methods including credit cards and lines of credit, online payment processing and approval of line of credits and setting payment terms.
  • Product Management - Create, manage and sell multi-attribute products and services.
  • Catalog Management - Create and manage catalogs with unlimited categories and sub categories. Create and manage custom sub catalogs.
  • Inventory Management - Create, manage and maintain product inventory across multiple warehouses.
  • Customer Account Management - Create and manage individual and business customer accounts and define their roles, authorizations and privileges.
  • Sales Representative Account Management - Create and maintain accounts, roles, levels, authorizations and privileges for the sales department.

  • Marketing Management - Create and manage targeted product promotions and specials.

The KCES Deployment License development environment includes the source code to the Java Server Pages (JSP) and the workflows that control the execution of the business logic behind these pages.

The KCES Development License development environment includes the Unified Modeling Language (UML) object models, the complete source code, the documentation and the test case suite. Optionally, KeyCommerce can also provide the modeling tools and software products to facilitate any desired changes and enhancements to the system. The development environment provides our customers with the infrastructure needed to customize the deployment system, integrate it with internal and external systems, and build any additional system or subsystem.
