The system will eventually be installed in nearly 1500 Department of Motor Vehicles sites across America for Viisage Technology, Inc.’s (NASDAQ: VISG) Secure Digital ID business. Viisage Technology annually produces more than 25 million high-security digital-identification documents for a wide variety of government agencies responsible for issuing driver licenses, social services cards and law enforcement credentials throughout America.
